Not to be a bother, but where would fanfictions go? It's probably obvious...

Sorry for taking so long to reply.
We currently don't accept fanfictions due to the lack of time to read through them for quality control purposes. This doesn't mean to say we're against them or even that we won't accept them in the future, we just currently have the lack of time (and admittedly patience) to read through stories and analyse the quality of them.
Another point is the sheer size of most fanfictions I have seen here on DA. Currently, there are many chapters that spam up message folders and deter people from looking through other artwork, due to the large amount of fiction submissions.
It's sad to say, but not many people appreciate fictions when compared to something visual instead. For this reason, people prefer not to have their message boxes spammed with literature, and our aim of the group is to showcase high quality art without the spam and other deterrents.
However, we do hope to open a poetry/ short story folder in the future once we have enough time =]

Me and the Co-founder must go through everything that is submitted into this group. We are both busy at the moment with university, so reading fanfictions would take up too much time.
